Introduction
Welcome to 21 days chanting session. This session is for your benefit. Just a little preparation from your side will maximize the benefit of this session. Can we make sure:
1. we are in a quiet place. We are sitting very comfortably with a stable body.
2. we are going to keep our mind 100% with chanting for the purification.
Alright! Today is the first day of 21 days of transformation. The message of today is to develop strong determination for change. I would like to ask- Are you truly willing to change from inside? Are you determined to be involved fully for 21 days to welcome the change in yourselves? If yes, then know that your this determination to be regular in all 21 days is the key to realize the change. Let us begin the purification session with the swarved chanting.
Swarved Chanting
Jisakā mūl abhāv hai, usakā vrikṣa abhāv |
Jāhi vrikṣa nahi jagat mē, phalai kaun vidhi pāv || 5-4-48 ||
Karma mūla saṅkalpa hai, pīchē ban sab karma |
Karatā kē saṅkalp sē, sriṣṭi pralay maya karma || 5-4-34 ||
Jisakā driṛha saṅkalp nahi, usakā driṛha nahi kāj |
Vah kuchh kar sakatā nahī, hāth sē jāy svarāj || 5-4-47 ||
Apanē vara saṅkalpa kō, dharyya sē rakṣā kīna |
Unnati dharyya adhāra hai, purūṣa mahābala dīna || 5-4-41 ||
Prathamahi driṛha saṅkalp kar, sanyam kar anukūl |
Dhyēya dharyya sē milat hai, sādhan sab sukh mūl || 5-4-43 ||
Ban pratijña saṅkalp kā, smaraṇ sadā tum rākh |
Nahī bhūl satapurūṣ mē, pūraṇ pūrit bhākh || 5-4-44 ||
Without root, the tree is not realized, similarly without determination, the consistent effort is not possible. Determination is protected by patience. Half way through this 21 days journey, you may feel like giving up but this is where the patience is required. Your determination to change has to be protected by patience. Also- you cannot let your determination fade down. The determination is strengthened by repeating your pledge in mind each day.
Concluding Message
These 21 days of chanting therapy is dedicated to the birth anniversary celebration of his holiness Sant Pravar Sri Vigyandeo ji Maharaj- The divine message for today is –-“ Silence is more powerful than unnecessary speech”.
We seldom remember that “developed speech” is one of the characteristics that made human superior than other species. We often forget that we are accumulating karmas every time, we speak. Therefore, Sant Pravar Ji is recommending us to prefer silence over unnecessary speech and use our “vaani” only when it is truly required.
